Just Then

Then in the days, long but just then,

The sky was blue overhead,

The wind calm and sexy,

Trees danced to chattering birds,

Children like puppies,

Freestyle,

Played on the mad,

Village drums echoing through hills,

Flowed like streams for the toothless,

And just then,

Darkness, storms and screams,

The sky became dark,

Confusion,

Trees danced no more,

A storm came,

Swept children on the playground,

Hills crushed and crumbled,

Musical streams drained,

The toothless gazed,

Perplexed, mesmerized,

At the frozen drumist,

Just then,

Heavens opened, for a white dazzling dove,

Just then.

Who Are You

DREAMING

I porch my mind seeking that, which the eye sees not

Building from the present my toes touch the clouds

My voice cuts through silvers

Jupiter shades her tears

The immortal being that lives through ages

Give me your hand

Let the eyes of your mind lead me to the path

Tears are tingling my eyes, I have just realized a lie,

Was about to lie about myself but so bad is a lie,

Like the day I said am happy, it was all a lie,

All that keep us together needs no lie

But I shall tell the truth, that even I do not understand,

As I tell you who I am.

Clear and crystal from the cosmetic you know,

Making you yearn to be me,

The me you never would admire,

On a platter for free or hire,

This, is who I am.

I am the smile you wish you had,

Yet inside I bleed yearning for the smile,

To hoist the shade that I have become,

And elevate the one I was born.

Digging among rabbles east to west,

I but wonder where I am,

For I truly wish to tell you who I am.

As I stated in the beginning,

I don’t want to tell you a lie,

But the realization is so bleak,

Since I must have dropped me,

And forgotten to recover,

To pick the pieces,

That held the inner smile,

So I remain with this fake you admire.

What if I shed a tear during the smile,

Would you notice it?

Of course I conceal and you would never see.

What if I lost a step,

Would you guide me?

Doubts and doubts,

You follow my lost heart.

Amongst Vipers

I walk the streets alone,
Amongst vipers,
Yearning for the cream,
Of my solitude,
Devoid of company,
Just lonely amongst.
Even the loudest scream From my bosom,
That could blarr the deafs ear,
Seem to bother none,
These vipers,
Sure amaze me,
At their blindness,
Deafness and clueless nature,
Of the worth of the cream,
They wish to swindle

Mama for You Baby Lee

It is your eyes I fear pricking mine,

Coz they see through and I can’t hold it,

I feel safe at a distance without you looking,

Bridging the gap only breed vulnerability,

Of my heart so strong,

It should bite a lion for you,

Yet so tender a smile breaks it,

It’s your touch I fear on my skin,

Pampering the memory of the day I bore you,

Soothed you with my touch,

Now crushed and bruised,

It splinters your skin,

It’s the distance I see, to sail you through times,

Against waves and storms of lonely oceans,

Lonely of paternity that my heart tears,

In loathing, yet, sweetness,

You are still mine,

Still mine to hold in my laps,

And pull in my bosom,

As my sweet baby love,

That you will forever be,

BLASTED KENYA

As brothers and sisters

My heart mourns,
My blasted Kenya?
What causes thou these tears
Seemingly unending
Continuously disturbing,
Who does have the answers?
That I humble heart desires,
For reasons behind the happenings,
Haunting the mind of Kenya’s fabric
For how long shall we build?
Knowing not demolition time
How much more sacrifice
Before peace, comes Kenya dear?
I sit and wonder in anguish,
Pain engulfing my heart tearing it to pieces
But why?
Why, and for how long
Shall we cry without answers?
How can we forget the love and joy?
That held us together
As brothers and sisters
Countrymen from ages,
Kenya heart aches and sorrows,
With pains undefined
Daily blasts and grenades
Oh Kenya dear

I need you Jesus

Jesus how I need this,
Ooh Lord how I need this,
Ooooooooh Lord, How I need thiiis,
Your strength, your word, your guide.
[That’s why]
It’s my soul I give to you,
Your mercies restoreth my soul,
Shaken I will never beeeee
In your strength your word your guide.
[That’s why]

Brother you suspicious

When you: Count your fingers after a shake,
You shook the wrong hands,
Take a helmet to the streets,
Stones can fly by,
Confirm its black or white,
Some are never sure,
Colors blind,
But we are brothers.

Making up past is gone

You were there,
I was there,
We were there,
When smiles danced and took off from our lips,
Tears set in,
But that’s the past,
You are here,
I am here,
We are here,
To bridge the gap,
Of the dancing faded smile,
To a peaceful dancing future,
When children fear the streets not,
And nights shine and glow,
Shadows pass and hug,
Kissing the winds to strangers.

Ruler

I glance at the tears of fading times,
Through the horizon of passing days,
No mercy at a dear brother,
Shadows glance and sneer,
Blood trickles and smear,
Innocent and guilty alike,
Chit chat of would be,
Whispers to silence of reality,
Left to the fate of brotherhood,
Slashed and washed off,
Down the streams of the heartless,
Filled with anger,
Covered with rage,
And clobbers of mistrust and deceit.
Tell me why?
Is your heart so cold,
When your word, like gold,
Can save a peoples fold?
Do you see the pain,
Ripping on innocent hearts?
Stumbling and staggering in illusions,
Captured in quagmire of confusion,
Sure brotherhood so I suppose.

Guide me Lord

Be My Light
Come Oh righteousness,
I welcome you into my life,
Light of the world,
Hold my wondering heart,
In the wilderness,
Enlighten my path,
I surrender my life to you Lord,
Yes, come Oh righteousness,
Be my light.

I will praise you all my life

I come to you Lord Jesus,
With a heart full of praise,
I bow down at your feet,
To save my life.

And I wish my life,
I praise you forever,
Yes I pray my days,
I worship you for your love. X2

Oh I know the pain that you bore to save my life x9
Bridge: lamb of glory
Lovely Jesus
Halleluhya
Son of Mary
In calvary
Ooh Messiah
King of glory
God of Mercy

King of mercy

The tears from my heart,
Are no longer of pain,
But of awe for your love,
I see the miracles in my life,
Performed quietly by your grace,
My heart moans,
For I am still a sinner,
Adamant of your faithfulness,
You count no iniquity against me,
Touching me with your love,
Endlessly showing me your mercies.

Nothing at all

When I look into your eyes,
I see them reading through me,
I only wonder what you see,
Coz in the same, I see,
But at time its best if I say nothing at all.

The joy you bring in my life,
Has never been through the strife,
Trying but I failed, till I met you,
For once my lips taste real smile,
But at time its best if I say nothing at all.

In the chill of dawn,
And the silence of dark,
You are in my mind reminding me,
That, my smile still count.
But at time its best if I say nothing at all.

Handled like a brittle glass,
Delicate in need of love,
Care and understanding,
Through tests of time together,
But at time its best if I say nothing at all.

When there is nothing at all,
Getting through my lips,
My heart beckons yours,
In a warming and calming embrace,
Because at time its best to say nothing at all.

Heavenly Glory

I see the days closing in,
To when I will walk hand in hand,
With my Lord in the holy gardens.

The heavens are shinning bright,
The angels are beckoning my welcome,
I cant wait to sing Halleluhya on end,
And worship Jesus forever.
